It takes a while to register button presses, or menus move really slow. Generally slow performance.

Not "ALL" their CDMA phones are laggy. My Alltel-flashed VZW K1M is lightning quick.

The MAXX VE is well-known as a slow, buggy phone. It'll probably be phased out in favor of the V9M, which I've heard is very snappy even with the VZTabs crap UI on it.

Since the Startac Motorola has not make anything worth buying in my opinion

I loved my 7760!

And yes I had many since. I sold Verizon for many many years (many years ago) and ALL I bought was Motorola.

I was not happy with my

V60 -Charging port issues, hinge cracked, screen scratched by keypad, slow at times

Razr - Locked up, slow, if you texted too fast it would reset!, way too quiet ringer

815 Never had such a buggy phone.. locked up, major lag, bad service at times, charging port issues

I have switched to Samsung and been 90% happy.. about to buy my next one!

Now the startac, that wasn't a walk in the park either remember? antennas breaking off, clamshell no longer snapping closed, charging ports broken, screens going blank, battery pins becoming loose and bent so as to not turn on.....those were the days.
