hardware unlock and NO email????

Going crazy.
In Canada, finally got the Hardware UL done and all is wonderfull

i go to set up gmail, wont connect using ssl 
Try setting up rogers email, same **** 
Giving up until someone smarter helps me. I have tried every possible set up option, i think

Not exactly sure how to do this on the iphone, but with Windows Pocket PC and Smart phones, in order to connect to mail servers using the ssl socket, you have to install the security certificate from the server on the phone. On my HTC P4350, I simply copied the cert unto the desktop of the pc I sync with and dragged it into the phone via activesync and clicked it once it was in the phone for it to install and it worked.
