i'm down to deciding between these two.... i can hack the m702is with a gut swap with a v3xx and flashing the japanese lang pack. so it's really a V3xx modded with japanese input capability or a Z750a - which can display, but not input, japanese.

that's the only lacking on the z750, but's a pretty serious drag....

the moto, especially the interface, is pathetic. the only reason they sold any of them in japan was cause jgirls love beckham and that was his phone... but at least i can type japanese...

something else to consider is that the v3xx won't have 3g in the states (the phone i get needs 2100 to operate in japan as well) and it's not as cool looking.... especially if i take it out at the club...

well at least it's red.... that should set it apart somewhat stateside....

if the sony had j-input this wouldn't even be worth 5 seconds of thought...

You can just enter romaji instead, if you bought the z750a.
