Where do we go to sign in and edit our blackberry settings online? I believe customers usually have the option to sign into there cingular/att account to add email accounts / contacts to there blackberry via the internet.

Do we have this option? and if so where do we do it?

not that i ever found with my bb. you can add personal accounts via your blackberry easily, but not on a website.

Sure you can have personal email accounts on your COU BB. I have my at&t corporate email plus 3 personal ones (RR, Gmail, and Hotmail) Here's the site where you set it up:

(Using the BIS ^ only gets your email over the air, not contacts/calendar info.)

If you want to do anything with your BES (at&t corporate) mail, you can change some of the settings in the BB itself or connect to a computer with BB Desktop & on the intranet.
