Hi, just got my s620 and I cant seem to b able to put my mp3 songs as ringtones. I did the sync with windows media player, I can see the song on my device and on my storage card, yet I cant seem to select it when I want to set it as ringtone...
I know it's possible, I just can't seem to figure it out...
It's a 3 seconds matter guys, so please just drop a line and help me out here...

I think if you just drop it into "My Documents", it should appear under the ringtone selector in settings. I know that's how it works on a touchscreen device, but on a smartphone, YMMV

k, i just figured it out, for those who are still looking on how to set mp3 ringtones from ur micro sd card, here is how it works.

start
files explorer
menu
storage card
(find the song you want)
menu
copy
menu
my device
windows
ringtones
paste
AND YOURE DONE!

Just put the mp3 in the root directory of the microsd and it shows up in the listing...

Just thought I'd comment on this since I went looking for the thread.

I actually just made a "My Ringtones" Folder on my microSD card within the Documents folder..worked like a charm

I just drag and drop the ringtones in the sounds folder under the application data folder in my device.
