The answer is, yes it can. In fact it uses the latest Docx and XLSX formats.
So for many people the problem is that their PC is more out of date than the Tilt. If your PC is say Office 2003 then you cannot open the Tilts files as it uses the new "X" format.

that's at full resolution. Scaled to 1024 they look pretty decent. It was really cloudy and overcast that day but outdoor photos overall are very decent. Indoor photos are just downright dismal, worse than any of the previous 4 phones I've owned.

and anyone got issues with the phone turning on after you hit the power button on the side?? Mine seems to turn on without a reason after i locked the keyboard and press the side power button.
