the power support crystal film listed on apple.com is a lot mor expensive than most generic or other-branded screen protectors on ebay. is there really a substantial difference? can anyone vouch for the generic brands? or is the higher price of the power supprt crystal film on apple.com justified?

I'm using the Power Support screen film... it came bundled with the clear plastic case (similar to the iSee) and I love them both! The crystal film is very easy to install and is washable/reusable. I highly recommend them!

i use the power support film as well; i love it. from reviews, it seems to be closer in texture to the actual screen than other options. ymmv.

remember that the crystal film comes in packs of two for $15 so that may be some of the price difference

I have used the iQase FILM screen protector on my first iPhone, and just installed the Power Support crystal film on my latest iPhone only minutes ago. Both products are great, and I honestly can't tell any difference in the quality or in the "invisibility". Both screen protectors are crystal clear, and it is difficult to tell they're there...with the incomplete circle of film at the base of the "wake-up" button on the iQase product the only giveaway.
I will say, that the iQase FILM was easier to position and apply, especially for klutzy guys like me that can't ever get one on straight. I actually messed one PS film up before I got the second one on close to perfectly.
I guess I'd probably tip my hat to the Power Support film overall. But...I'm glad they pack them two to a package!!
