I don't see why people are still so upset. Apple is doing more for the customer in this situation than any other company in the industry would. You are whining and crying about a refund. Obviously you thought the iphone was worth the money paid or you would not have kept it. Suck it up and quit your *****in! I'm happy to get a store credit for half of the difference.

I'm not whining about the money. You're right, I can think of a phone company that would've done that. I JUST WANT MY UPDATES ALREADY!!

Clearly this phone has the potential to do a lot more than it's currently doing. MOST of what it can and should be doing can be accomplished with an update, so what's taking so frigging long????

Jailbreaking is not expensive and obviously if u encountered a problem just restore the phone...
If it really broken send it back to apple and dont say anything else but "oh the phone couldnt turn on suddenly"

I bricked my playstation portable 3 times due to mistake in flashing hacked firmware and all 3 times i told sony that the PSP stop working suddenly and they send me back a new one without any hitch...
