Software restore delete ringtones, etc?

I know this is a fairly noob-ish question, and I'm usually not noob-ish. My iPhone is freezing up and a call to Apple tech support narrowed it down to a software restore. I've used iBrickr to install some ringtones and Installer.app. When I do a software restore, will that remove everything I put on the phone? Just wanted to check and see if I'll have to re-jailbrake my phone after the restore.
