I've just been issued a laptop and a Palm Treo 700wx by my company, and I'm having issues with finding acceptable wifi spots for the laptop.

I'm wondering if I can hook the Treo into the laptop and have the laptop use my Verizon access, essentially using the phone as a modem for my laptop.

I think there is software that came with the phone to enable you to do this. Although, you must sign up with Verizon for $15.00/month.
