How to retireve the mytones.db file

Tried to load a ringtone as stated in the threads, and to delete the mytones.db file in P2K.....now I can't hear my phone ring at all...is there a way to retrieve the file again! Need some help on this one. I can go back into P2K if I can retireve it there. Any ideas anyone?

Those files are automatically rebuilt when you restart the phone. Look for P2kTools and use the Fix melody db.
