help with V3C and V3I!!!

I was sort of hopping that any of you guys could help me out with some serious problems I have with a V3C and a V3I, i've flashed several times both of them, but they both stop at the M start frame, that's all they do, nothing else. will I fry them if I keep on flashing them? could you guys pass me a really good monster to flash 'em?
