Is there anything that we can do to move or get rid of dust particles under the screen??

I have 1 or 2 small particles under the screen. I know its not dead pixels cause you can see them under there when the screen is off.

this is annoying! What the hell 400 bucks for a phone and the first week I get dust of some sort under the screen.

I love this phone but come on.....

Ugh sorry im just a freak about these things.

If I did pay 600 and found dust under my screen ..... needless to say I wouldnt be an iphone owner at this point. Would have been returned and money back in my pocket in a heart beat.

I have 10 days before I make my final decision. Im hella picky so we shall see.

did you take it apart? i don't get how dust could have gotten in there, where is the dust at, near the headphone jack? near the volume buttons?

Yeah no.....wouldnt dream of taking this one apart. Its more of some type of particle its clearly under the glass......definitely not a dead or stuck pixel. Its right under the Notes icon.

All I can say is its mad annoying to look at cause its plain as day in brightly lit areas such as "outside" lol.

It's pretty much visible on all screens especially like I said in well lit areas.

Take it back to Apple (or AT&T if you bought it there)

Their support is pretty good so I'm gonna wager they'll swap it for you

as ideal as it is now, since he has the 10 day grace period, it's not a viable solution down the road, providing this is a common problem.

Thats the issue it seems to be common so the chances of me getting one that is worse is highly probable.

I had a 4gig before my current 8gig and it was littered with white stuck pixels You could see an array of them when booting up and the looking around the apple logo.

When the price dropped I exchanged it for an 8gig and this one has screen issues as well apparently. Screen perfect except for whatever this is stuck under the glass.

So chances are pretty high at getting one that is worse! LOL
