Verizon mobile email app for v3m

Does anyone know if you can get the verizon email service application on a Razor v3m that already has mobile web enabled ? I know they are promoting the service for $5 a month, but I didn't know if there was a way to go to it if you already have mobile web enabled on your phone. Thanks
