Every 15 seconds or so "cannot execute\program files\cingular\xpress Mail Smartphone Client/calview.exe". How do I get rid of this? Can I reset my phone. Willing to do whatever it takes to get rid of this. Its driving me crazy. Other than that, I'm happy with my phone. Thanks in advance.

Well its prolly running in the background or at least trying to run.

Press and hold the "Home" key to bring up the TaskManager, which displays all the currently running programs in the background. Just stop EVERYTHING. Don't worry its good to clear this out often (saves battery).

Also you might want to check out "\Windows\Startup\" folder and see if you have xpressmail running at startup, or trying to start up. Also check for CalView.exe in there as well.

Some program HAS to be running that is looking for this.

Did you setup xpress Mail on your phone? Perhaps you can just uninstall it from
Settings->More->Remove Programs

If nothing works, you can return the phone to default factory settings by going into:
Settings->More->More->Reset
I think the default password is 1234, or 0000, or 1111 or something stupid.

You can also default the device by holding up while powering the unit on. It'll come up with a weird screen and walk you though it.

Make sure you backup anything important before you erase everything (contacts, calendars, purchased programs, etc).

thanks! I ended up resetting the phone, but lost a few of my newest contacts. At least that annoying popup went away. I tried all the other things you suggested
