Is there a setting to silence the phone on an incoming call when the phone is locked? Pressing the volume up or down WON'T work with me.

Thanks in advance.

to silence the ringer while the phone is unlocked press the top power button briefly then hit 5 for the silent profile then lock the phone.

No, I am talking about an incoming call when the phone is locked. I knew about the silent profile.

Basically, I want to silence a call if an annoying person calls me, or I'm too busy to answer.

Lock the phone and let somebody call you, try to silence the call and you won't be able to because the only active keys seems to be the answer/end. I want to see if there is a way to enable the volume button to silence the call.

Hope this make sense.

Why not just hit the end key to send the call to voicemail?

Id assume because the keys are locked.

I just did a hard reset and it fixed the issue. Pressing volume down works.

And pressing the end button is kind of rude to the person that is calling me. It will directly send him/her to voicemail giving them a hint that I am actually rejecting their call.
