Nokia 6275i not working with PC Suite

I had PC Suite running perfectly, then I uninstalled in to install Diego. After Diego would not run, I got an 'Cannot detect Nokia Service Cable' error whether the phone was plugged in or not, turned on or not. So I uninstalled Diego and then redownloaded PC Suite. Nothing. It wont detect my phone now. Anyone have and ideas?
