Blackjack beep at startup

First, I really like my Blackjack. I have no problems with it. Just figuring things out. I noticed the other day that it beeps like a low battery when it first starts up. Is this normal and I did not notice it until now?
Also anyone seen where I can get the carousel homescreen? I did a search and did not find anything.

I've noticed this as well. It's only been happening for the last couple of weeks. I have no idea what's causing it.

It started doing that on mine when I loaded WM6 on it. It also beeps at midnight on mine.
