Desktop Battery Charger for GU87

I just got original desktop charger for GD88 (Compatible with GU87), and have a quick question.
When I put the empty battery in for charging, indicator light turned red, and after a while (about a few hours) it turned green.
Does it mean it's fully charged?
Because when I use travel charger only, red light goes off when it's fully charged and no green light, so I thought it would be the same with desktop charger. I just want to make sure that my thought was wrong.
TIA!

That is ok, it is meant to be like that. BTW, how much is the OEM desktop charger? (I am selling NON-OEM ones so i am just curious). Thanks

Thank you.
Doesn't it harm the battery if I keep the battery on the charger after the indicator light turns green?
Anyway, my (claim-to-be) original charger was on ebay, it came with slim battery and original Panasonic box, it cost US$49.99.
I don't know if it's reasonable or not. I just don't want to use non-OEM accessory like battery and charger.
How much is yours?
