Blackjack Random Reset

I was using my Blackjack the other day and noticed that the internet connection was very slow/non-existent. So, I decided to turn it off/on manually. After turning it on, it appeared to somewhat have done a hard reset!
Basically, it went back to the default homescreen, every custom program pops up with a confirmation screen to run the program, it lost my email server settings (but the email accounts were still there), it lost my registry settings to turn off the on/off graphics/sound, etc.
Has this happened to anyone before? Any tips/tricks on how to avoid it in the future?
Right now, I'm looking at a hard reset to make sure everything is ok. Too bad the WM6 upgrade didn't come out today...

I've had this same problem three times already. Does anyone know how to fix it?
