Treo 680, try to get corporate e-mail with VPN

I recently got a new job; I work out of my house and I travel a lot. My current e-mail system uses POP but I have to VPN in and use a RSA token, and because of the VPN and RSA token I don't know how to get my e-mail on my Treo 680. I believe this can be done if you use Blackberry but I don't want to take that route just yet. Apparently it's been told that they're going to change our e-mail system for various reasons (primarily because its sucks) and then I should be able to use my Treo 680. But I don't know exactly when this change is going to happen, some wondering if there's a workaround. If I have to pay for a third-party application or a monthly service, I'm willing to do so as long as it's not outrageously expensive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I haven't used my 680 in a while, but when I set it up I thought there was an option to create a VPN network. That wouldn't work for you? Also, try checking the details of your email setup on the Treo, they might have a option there that could let you work around this issue. Other than that I would recommend lighting a fire under someones @$$ to get the switch done faster.
