Help with a screen problem on PPC6700

Posted this same thing in another forum and figured out that it was the wrong place. BUT.....

The screen looks like a water color picture that got too much water on it. It works and the touch screen works. I can check messages but I can't really read them since the screen is really white. Anyone have any recommendations?

Ditto the new screen Idea... I would send it back... unless the prob occurred after a software install like wm6? Looks like it got sat on one too many times. If it in fact happened after an OS upgrade or something, you might try reverting back and forth again.

im experiencing the same thing with my 6700. the screen looks the same way yours does and still works just looks like that. did u ever find a fix? does it just need a new screen and is it hard to change out the screen? any tutorials on that here?
