W385 Battery Life Issue Solved

Hi all

My month old W385 had 'random' battery life issues since new. With little use, it would often be down to two bars in a day. Other days would be better, and some worse with only one.

I was going to take it back, but before doing so noticed that when closed pressing any of the side keys turned on the lights. Also, I'm using a Blackberry leather case that fits the W385 seemingly perfect, but the elastic does squeeze the sides slightly. You can see where this is going.

The simple experiment was to lose the case for a while, and guess what... it's held 4 bars for a couple of days now.

Off to find a new case,

I have no issues with the Verizon branded case I was recommended by a goodly soul here on HOFO.
