Dash and TCPMP Clash, help a noob

I downloaded TCPMP ( which is the greatest thing since sliced bread ) and some videos on my storage card, life is good. However I keep getting "phone memory full delete old or unused items" it got to the point i couldnt play the videos anymore or open anything, except my text and emails. So i deleted them to open my settings to delete some programs, now i can look through all my files and folders but cant seem to find what is building up in my phone storage. Does anyone know how to get my phone from doing this?
