I put some movies on my dash but they aren't running smoothly. Do i have to use another program for them to be fine?

resize the videos to a maximum of 320X240
encode them at 256 kb video and 128 kb audio.
these are my minimum recommendations for smooth quality video at an acceptable file size of about 350-400 mb for an average 2 hr movie.

I use The Core Pocket Media Player (TCPMP) to watch vids. its arguable the best FREE player out there.Development on it has stopped however as the creator is now charging money for the latest version called Core One Player or something like that
