I'm new to the whole modding thing, the only things I've ever really done to my phone is upload skins... The thing I've noticed about my Alltel v3m razr is it wont vibrate and ring at the same time.. Is there a simple way to do this? Because I'm nervous about messing my phone up.

The only way to change that is to flash to verizon. A basic rundown is this:
Alltel=Vibe then ring, but no Vibe and ring.
Verizon=Vibe and ring, but no Vibe then ring.
Kind of annoying, I know, but no one has figured out how to change it short off flashing, sorry.
