How to clear MSL on V120C using p2kseem

There is a post about how to clear the MSL ( http://howardforums.com/showthread.php?t=1231777 . ) It says to modify SEEM 55, but on the 120C (Sprint labeled) Seem 55 contains 00 f0 00 f1 00 f2 00 f3 00 f4 00 f5 ... Not Ascii codes.
Any other suggestions?
