I've Pantech C300 Cingular phone which is hardlocked now. i've gifted this to my brother and is out of USA now. i'm looking for unlocking it via IMEI code. Please help your fellow human Being....

Can't you buy a code on ebay for $19? I know free is better than $19, but it's only $19 and you are going to have to spend money to buy minutes anyway. Just talk a bit less the first month or so.
