Hello,
I live in a building of steel and concrete and I get absolutely no reception inside the building, but when I walk right outside, I get about 2-3 bars with 3G. Where can I get an antenna that either plugs into the antenna plug in the back of my phone or something else. What do you guys recommend?

Bump, does anyone know a solution to this? There has to be someone who lives in an area with bad reception or is in a building with horrible reception.

Try flashing a different radio, you can get all the info here

Depends on what your needs are. I use a Wilson Electronics SignalBoost Cellular Amplifier from within a building. This depends on how shielded you are.

The 8525 is made by HTC and has an RF port so it is no problem connecting to an external antenna. All HTC units take exactly the same antenna adapter. Most competant antenna/amplifiers dealers should have the parts you need available . By the way we do as well.
