Where is the best place to buy an iphone, and other questions?

Hi,

I want to go ahead and get a iphone and at&t service, but my question is, which is better to do:

Go to an apple store and buy the phone there then later call or signup for an at&t account? Or should I go to a AT&T store and get it there?

I just worry about doing an easy return or exchange if the iphone I get is defective.

Also, does the iphone have voice dialing? Would be nice as I have a bluetooth speaker phone in my car which would be nice to use

it doesnt really matter where you get it like he said before that they are the same price...i have found that they will replace the iphone at the apple store if defective within a certain time..which out att stores we only have the 14 return policy that apple has and anything after that you must call iphone support in order to say any tech issues..

i suggest you check out online apple store under refurbished. u can get a deal

the 8gb is only $349...which is only $50 cheaper than a new...might as well go that route

I might go ahead with the at&t store as i do need to sign up for service, I was mainly itrerested if maybe one store was better with exchanges than the other.

So i take it the iphone doesn't have voice dialing as well?

Thanks for the help guys, I'll likely go new as i can't wait for the phone, my tmo phone is dead, and there's no goo phones worth a 2 year contract for bad reception and a expensive data plan...so its why i am going iphone...friend has one at it works great at our job site, unlike mine.

I went to the Apple store they had the 4gig and the 8gig, got an 8gig. works great for me with T-M...
