MotoRokr E6 vs Nokia 5700 vs N73 ME

I've narrowed my choices down to these 3. Looking for a music phone intended for listening through headphones (Yes, I want to replace my mp3 player now, and one of these phones better do it)
You decide which one to go for.
The biggest plus in the 5700 over E6 is that its quadband, so I can use it almost all around the world and specially in US.
The biggest plus in E6 over 5700 is that it has more style, is touchscreen.
What else? Does E6 have EDGE? 5700 does, N73 does.
Coming to music quality via headphones (not stock, high quality Sennheiser headphones) ??? Which one wins?
Can't make up my mind.

You can enable EDGE and quad-band on the E6 with SEEM edit.
