K810i Privacy Lock?

Hi, need some help please with my new phone. Just got a Sony Ericsson K810i replacing my Samsung D600.
On my D600 i was able to lock files such as text messages, telephone address book, Pictures etc which where not accessible without a pin number, ideal if i ever left my phone lying around.
I can't seem to find such a function on thhe K810i where i can lock access to such files whilst the phone is still on. Does the phone have such capabilities?
Also finally, how is it possible for me to store the texts messages on my sim card to the memory or directly to the phone memory. I want to transfer texts from my old phone by first storing them on my sim then when putting the sim in my k810i i want to transfer it to the phone.
Can this be done, if yes thhen please help me.
