hi i have a problem with my motorola phone, it turns on and get a signal i am able of answering calls by opening the phone buy no key works when pressed except the on/off key red button, have you ever come to this situation? is there a fix solution.
it is a phone bought from ebay shipped from hong kong so warranty is out of the question.

its the keyboard IC chip.. a MYR55.00 repair here..

whats to explain ?? Simply put the Keypad is controlled by this IC chip - when it fails nothing works.. Replace this and you will be back in business.. It is a common fault of most Motorola flip phones from V3 and up that I am familar with..
