Stuck deciding which UK mobile to go for...

Hey all,

Well, the time has come to purchase a new mobile and I have to say I'm very stuck!

I wonder if anyone could suggest a fitting phone if I lay out some rough requirements?

I'm looking for the following:

-Preferably a slider design, but Candybar will do

-Sturdy design with regards to keypad and joystick (would prefer a d-pad in fact), my current K500i is almost unusable now due to the joystick failing. I'm tempted by the S500i and w580i as the features are very good but the keypad issue is a bit of a worry.

-Preferably 320x240 screen but would consider 176x220

-Expandable memory and ability to use as mp3 player desireable but not 100% necessary

-Price of up to £200 max but would prefer £160 or less if possible

Phones I have considered so far are:
SE S500i
SE w580i
SE w810i
SE w660i
Nokia 6300

Phones I may consider waiting for are:
SE w910i
Nokia 6500 slide
Nokia 5610

I realise these are all Sony Ericsson and Nokia phones, but I would be open to other manufacturers if anyone can convince me they are worthwhile and up to the same standards.

Anyway, sorry if this seems like I'm asking you to do my legwork for me... I'm really just hoping for suggestions as I can't settle on whether to just go ahead and buy a phone that is available now or whether I should wait, or whether I have missed an existing phone that meets my needs.

Any helps would be MUCH appreciated!!
