i875 Carrier RSS Problem

When ever I try t connect my phone to my computer and read its code plug I can only begin to read the RSS before I get a message that says a communication error has occurred. I have turned off quick comm in the options menu and yet I continue to get this error. I am using a Boost i875 with R5B.02.00 software. Someone please help.

or does anyone know what Carrier or Super Agent version I should use with an i875? I have Carrier 21 but do not have the password. I downloaded the .zip off megaupload and if anyone knows the password that could help fix my problem.
