How long to get sms from apple about $100 credit?

I filled out step one of the form about 30 minutes ago, and I haven't gotten the sms yet. How long should it take? It says up to 5 minutes, but it's been way longer then that.

I had mine in two minutes. Many others reported the same thing. I would resubmit it if I were you but that's just me.

Did you put your current phone # in there? I know it's a dumb question but some people were putting their original phone # that they no longer had the day of the credits being issued.

Been ATT customer for 3 years, so it's the same number. I did resubmit it, and still nothing.

Will see what happens, if not I'll try tomorrow.

I had mine in about a minute. I did however have a problem using my certificate. The balance kept showin up as $0! I emailed iphonestorecredit@apple.com and am still trying to get it resolved.
