w700i into k750i question

So I have a w700i and I'm thinking about buying the k750i case for it. I'm wondering if it requires any kind of modding.. or can I just take off the old housing and the new housing will fit just perfectly. If it requires modding, can someone please explain it to me? I've never done any modding to phones before. Thanks!
