What phone should I buy? (Canada)

I will be going with Telus, only because they offer the best Student plan (Bell, solo, fido, rogers do not come close).
Unfortunately, I do not like Telus's phone selection... but I guess this is what I am stuck with.
Does anyone have any comments or recommendations on the list below?

I like HTC phones, and S720 is more "productive" as well.
