New Blackberry User, have some Questions.

I just got a Blackberry 7100T unlocked from factorydirect and i want to go and jump on a BIS plan. Now i have tried to sign up and i have put the correct IMEI and PIN in but it is saying it is incorrect. Now i called rogers and they had the same thing.
My provider is Rogers. The Phone is a Tmobile unlocked 7100T.
Any answer will be good
I really wana get the BIS service running but if that dont work it wont matter i have Gmail and Opera browser on it and working fine with my current Data plan

Are you providing Rogers with the PIN and IMEI that is on the box, or that is on the device itself. Go into Options->Status to see the device PIN and IMEI and make sure you're giving them the correct info.

Also be sure the previous own has "released" the PIN.

If you cannot get it released from Tmobile, have Rogers contact RIM. They will also be able to release the PIN for you.

i got it to work
now i see some of you have posted here via a blackberry. is there a mobile version of this page?
