Need Windows Verizon Palm Treo 700wx Windows Mobile 5 Internet Explorer upgrade

Does any one know where I can upgrade Internet Explorer. I have gone to sites and it said that I am using Internet Explorer 4.0 and that I need to upgrade. Then I have gone to sites that tell me that I need Internet Explorer 5.0 in order to view the site correctly. How do I fix this.
