Wi-Fi and BT not working after 1.1.1 update

I updated my iPhone to 1.1.1 and now my WiFi and BT isnt working. I go to settings and when I see Wi-Fi it says: No Wi-Fi and it is greyed out so I cant even click it. Its the same with Bluetooth.

Also when I get a phone call it doesnt vibrate or ring now...

This all worked before the update.

Try resetting the phone and give it another shot.

I havnt done anything hack-wise or unlocking to my phone..

I did that and I went through a lot of things with an apple rep and he is sending out a loaner while they fix it later. But Im thinking it couldnt have been a hardware problem if it worked before.

Was your phone unlocked before the update? Jailbroken?

Nope, I kept it stock because I didnt want anything like this to happen.

Interesting. Mine updated fine and all is working fine.

Same here. BT and Wi Fi not working after the update. Phone has not been unlocked, never has. It shows Wi-Fi connected but still uses Edge over Wi-Fi. Any ideas?

For me it wont even show anything about Wi-Fi. I called Apple and they are going to send me a loaner for free and fix it.

Same thing happened to me. Plain vanilla phone with AT&T iphone plan. No hacking and no unlock. Updated to 1.1.1. Re-Activated very quickly. However, Wifi and Bluetooth are now grayed out in settings and cannot be turned on. I called Apple, reset 2 times, tried a restore, it failed, tried again, succeeded. Tried to sync - failed. Tried again. Sync worked. Nothing changed. Everything is working except Wifi and Bluetooth. Apparently, "advanced" tech help at Apple is closed until 11 a.m. MDT - so I can't do anything more until morning. And then I will be at work. I can see a 130 mile RT drive to Apple Store in my near future (after 80 mile RT drive to work). I don't know if ringing is working since it's too late to get someone to call me and I don't get a cell signal at home - only 200 feet or so up the driveway - so I can't call myself.

I took my phone to the Genius Bar and it was confirmed that Wifi and Bluetooth are broken. I was allowed to exchange my phone and I am just now syncing with all my stuff. It was my first experience with the Genius Bar. It was a very good experience (despite having to drive 130 miles RT out of my way).
