Wireless Sync With Blackberry

I'm using the 8300 (curve) from AT&T.

I have no BES or MS Exchange Server.

Is there anyway I can have my Blackberry sync wirelessly with my Outlook contacts and calendar? I'm sick of plugging it in, and I miss using emoze with my T-Mobile Dash.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

You need to be on BES to have wireless sync.

You can also look at a hosted exchange/BES solution.

With a BES server, you really miss the beauty of having a blackberry.

This brings up another question, can you so a wireless sync over wifi or bluetooth. Since I have a BES server, I never have had the need to try.
