Weird problem with cdm8940

ok...this just started happening like 10minutes ago...someone called my phone...(cdm8940) which has worked great for me for over a year...and I have the flip to answer off...so I open it....and go to hit the send button to answer...and it wont...so then I dial a number and hit send and it puts *741 after it...so I just try hitting send without inputing any #s...and it dials *741 and sends it...when I hit right..which would be the get it now shortcut is dials #963...and I cant call anyone...Ive taken the battery out..let it sit for a few minutes....I cant update my phone software cuz I cant dial *226 or w/e it is....if any of you guys have any clue is to whats going on let me know...cuz I dont have phone insurance..and spending a crapload of $ on a new phone doesnt sound enticing to me..let me know..and thanks!
