Restoring to 1.0.2, from 1.0.2

I couldn't find this info in the iPhone Hacking and Unlocking - I apologize if this is, after all, a duplicate.

Firmware version 1.0.2 downloaded in iTunes on this PC, and I'd like to restore an iPhone to 1.0.2 (from 1.0.2).

So as not to automatically download firmware 1.1.1 and restore to that, I tried disconnecting the PC from the network before clicking Restore in iTunes. To my unsurprise, when I did click Restore, iTunes let me know that an internet connection is required for the restore of iPhone.

Has anybody figured out a workaround for this? I desperately need to restore my iPhone to 1.0.2. Using iTunes 7.3.2.

Thank you.

When you go into iTunes to restore, press the SHIFT key in conjunction with clicking on the restore button in iTunes.
This will bring up a option window that lets you choose from the files on your computer.
So, if you have the 1.0.2 FW file, point to that. If you dont, you can download it from the link in Poupers post.
Good luck

Thanks for the help guys, I appreciate it.

The Shift + Restore option was preferred.
