Anyone else having trouble logging into the BIS login page?

I am 110% sure my username and password are correct, I even hit the "forgot my password" link and typed in my username, and it sent my password to my BlackBerry. Yes, I am paying attention to case, and no my caps lock is not on..

you are correct,probably doing some updates or maintenance

It just happens sometime. They do have to take the site down to do maint. I do understand that a new version of the BIS is on the way giving us BIS users some of the things offered in BES.

Also if you are a X-Cingular customer who is now converted to ATT, you will be having your device email address changed by ATT to get rid of the "mycingular" thing and replace it with ATT. So be watching for the email from ATT.

Yep, I just got that service bulletin the other day about the e-mail address switching to AT&T...

Cool guys, thanks for the reply! I was going crazy last night thinking that I had the password wrong until it finally let me sent it to my BlackBerry.

I need to resend my service books, but I guess it can wait, heh.
