Hi guys,

I tried to put a K810 firmware on my K800. After flashing it and booting my phone. It kept saying : " Configuration error. Please contact your network operator or service centre" after i logged in with my pass. So i decided to flash it back to K800 with SEUS. But then i still got that error. Anyone knows what the problem is? PLEASE HELP.

Hmmm did you the flash with the sim in the phone or did you remove it?

OK, your problem is that when you flashed your K810 firmware, you forgot your custom pack. And SEUS, I believe, only updates the custom pack and cannot actually provide a complete one.

You need three files for your phone:

MAIN
FS
Custom Pack

Last one is a must or you get the "Configuration Error". Good luck and I recommend XS++ 2.0.

I flashed 2 files, and indeed with the sim card. Which was really stupid. Do i have to flash again? And can you maybe find the 3 files for me ? I'm Europe_3. I would really appreciate if you did. Because i really need my phone for work and school.

EDIT: I already had the custom thingy. But i don't get how to upload it to my phone. Any help please

Nevermind, got it fixed. Got K810 firmware on k800I now. Thanks for all your help

Actually, I'm not sure if leaving the SIM card in there causes this issue, but it isn't recommended to have it in there while flashing. Hmm...I'm not sure if you will have to flash again, but I would highly recommend it. It will only take about 5 minutes, give or take.

When I first learned about wotan a few mths back I was advised by someone on there support to avoid having the SIM/M2 car din the phone when flashing just to avoid any problems at all with either media...
