Installer APP - Refreshing Sources

I clicked on my installer app and it says: "refreshing sources" and just stops there.
It worked yesterday and all but is anyone else experiencing this?
As well i have installed and uninstalled apps but even after uninstalling i don't gain the memory at the bottom back...i wonder why this is

hmmm but mainly just wondering bout the refreshing sources cuz it jst freezes

yes it is happening to me . May be their server is having problem as it was working two hours back

Mine was doing it too... I let it sit there and it finally went in! I noticed that alot of programs are missing. Happen to anyone else?

i know this is a noob question but how do you get stuff from installer to work? i downloaded some thing and cant for the hell of me figure it out.. thanks

Regardingthe uninstalled apps and lack of space recovery: I've noticed, from SSHing into the phone that uninstalling apps doesn't necessarily mean you removed them. I've seen Summerboard, Customize, rSBT DockSwap etc all still listed in the var/root/library directory in the phone even after I specifically uninstalled them

What did you download?

Most of the apps will produce an icon on the Home screen. Tap it as you would any other iPhone app

Some however are passive apps that just add features or functionality - like BSD systems or OpenSSH. You won't see icons for them
