Blank Topscreen in SpringBoard-need a bit of help

Here's what I'm trying to do.
Since I love the iPhone screen I'd like to showcase my wallpaper without icons on it.

Simple enough
I've used rBST to move all icons from springboard to Hidden and I use a launcher in the dock to launch.

However, I'd like to know if it possible to move all the springboard icons to the outside of the screen so they can be scrolled to thus avoiding a launcher rather then hiding them from springboard all together.

I'm also using SummerBoard, if it makes a difference.
I've tried every option in SummerBoard and rBST to achieve this without luck.
Reason I'm asking is that I remember reading about it but I cant find the thread for the life in me.

I've been trying since last night, on and off, so help is greatly appreciated.

Switch to SummerBoard. It's better.
OK, I havn't tried it but can you move all the icons to "Extended SpringBoard" and then in Summerboard click "Skip last Row"? Let me know if it works cause I don't feel like trying it myself...

Oops, I saw Springboard in the title and guess I just glazed over the Summerboard part...
