deleting downloaded ringtones

Is this a bug?
I download some ringtones into internal memory. Since I haven't gotten a mem card yet, I want to delete a few to free up some room. The problem I'm having is, it doesn't disappear from the list.
Is anyone else having this prob?
Can some one give it a try and see what happens?
EDIT: nevermind, prob solved. Seems like I have to remove the battery for the list to refresh... weird.
