Here's what I have going on.
1) I have my new Blackberry Pearl and also have been using google calendar like crazy. I need these two synched up on a regular basis.
2) I use rememberthemilk.com for all my tasks, although I could use something else. I need this to be synched up as well with my blackberry.
3) My contacts are currently through Outlook. I need this to be synched up with my blackberry.
* If there is an easier tool to use for 2 and 3, i don't mind leaving rememberthemilk.com and outlook.
* I have about a week to try out my blackberry and if I don't like it, I will return it.
* They key in all of this is the google calendar which i love to work with online.
* The other key is that i don't want to use my blackberry online (since i have no data plan) to synch everything. I'd rater use my desktop computer as the base.
(sigh)
am i hoping for too much? where do i start???

1. check out GCalSync. Not sure if that requires a BB Data Plan.
2. Very doubtful
3. Using the included Intellisync in Desktop Manager, you can sync up all of your contacts, calendar, notes and tasks.
I think you are hoping for a bit much - especially without a data plan.
